Which kitchen appliances do you work with?
There isn’t a brand of kitchen appliance we haven’t repaired however here is a list of some of the more well known makes we typically work on: AEG, Electrolux, Zanussi, Ariston, Beko, Bosch, Baumatic, Creda, Dyson, Whirlpool, Fagor, Frigidaire, Gorenji, Haier, Hotpoint, Indesit, Ignis, Kenwood, Lamona, Leibherr, Moffat, Miele, Neff, Siemens, Maytag, Amana and Admiral.
How long have you been in business?
We’ve been established since 1989.
Can you tell me how much it will cost?
We will always try to give you an estimate of cost straight away but if the problem is unclear we will have to visit your home to diagnose the problem first.
Do you charge a call out fee?
No, we don’t charge a call out fee apart from the large American appliances but we do charge £25 for a diagnosis visit.
How quickly can you come and look at my appliance?
We will always aim to get to you the same day.
What happens if you can’t repair it?
In the unlikely event that we can’t repair your appliance, we’ll give you advice on the options available to you. We can guide you on what new appliance to buy and which models to stay away from and we can order your new machine or oven for you if you like. We can remove your old appliance and install the new one for you if you require us to do so.
How long does it take to order parts?
We hold a wide range of parts for all makes and models. If we have to order a new part, we can normally get that delivered within 24 hours.
What days and times can you visit?
We work Monday to Friday from 8am until late and Saturdays 9am until 4pm. We can also arrange evening call outs.
What area do you cover?
We cover Watford, St. Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Northwood, Stanmore, Harrow, Tring, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, Stevenage, Oxhey, Rickmansworth, Potters Bar and North London.
Do you help businesses?
Are you insured?
Yes, we hold public liability insurance to cover us for any damage to your home. We have never made a claim in the 24 years we’ve been in business.
