We don’t want you to waste your time trying to get hold of our engineers while they’re out on repair jobs so our office will always answer your call and contact our engineers for you. She’ll then speak to us, on your behalf, and as soon as we finish our job one of our engineers will call you back within the hour to give you a quote or arrange a visit.

In 70% of cases, we can repair your appliance there and then. We hold a good stock of parts in our vehicles to enable us to fix your machine, fridge or oven fast.
